SITEMAP (FINAL) / Centralization of information in six major categories, creating easy access to the most consulted pages (department pages, application information, practical information) through clear channels.
NAVIGATION WIREFRAMES / Designed an adaptable navigation system on a grid with drop-down menus and internal navigation for all levels of the information hierarchy. Translated the full navigation system into a mobile-friendly interface.
AUDIT / Using our in-house auditing software, PrisMMI, we conducted an overall audit of the original site (Design, Content, and Development)
CARD SORTING / onducted card sorting sessions, user surveys, and low-fidelity prototype testing both with stakeholders and potential user groups.
